Do you ship internationally?+
Yes — we ship worldwide. Your order is routed to the printing facility nearest to your address for fastest delivery and lowest shipping cost.
How do I track my order?+
Visit our Track Order page with your Order ID. You'll also receive email updates as your book moves through each stage.
Will I be charged customs / import duties?+
Possibly — duties depend on your country. We declare orders honestly. Any duties charged on arrival are the customer's responsibility.
What if my book arrives damaged?+
Email us with photos within 14 days of delivery — we'll reprint and reship at no charge. See our refund policy for details.
