Ordering & pricing
How much does a book cost?+
It depends on trim size, page count, paper, binding and quantity. Use our instant quote tool to see exact pricing — no payment required.
What's the minimum order?+
One copy. Truly — no minimums, no bulk requirements. The price per copy comes down as quantity goes up, but you can absolutely order just one.
What's the difference between Etsy and ordering direct?+
Same books, same quality, same people handling it. Ordering direct lets you email us directly. Etsy gives you the marketplace's reviews and buyer protection if you prefer that route.
Do you offer discounts on bulk orders?+
We don't apply automatic bulk discounts. For larger orders, email us with your book details and quantity and we'll put together a custom quote.
What payment methods do you accept?+
Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and most regional payment methods through our checkout. Bank transfer for large orders on request.
Files & formatting
What file types do you accept?+
PDF is preferred. We also accept DOCX, INDD (InDesign), Pages, and image-only books. If you have something else, just ask.
Do I need to format my book before sending?+
No. Send what you have. Our team formats your manuscript into a print-ready layout — and you'll approve every detail before printing.
What resolution should images be?+
300 DPI at print size is the gold standard. We can usually work with lower-resolution images for personal projects, but for crisp results, aim for 300 DPI.
Can you design a cover for me?+
Yes — we design covers on request. Add cover design when you place your order, or email us with your title, theme and any reference images and we'll create one for you.
Do I keep the copyright to my book?+
Always. You retain 100% of your copyright. We never use, share, or republish your content — we print what you send us, full stop.
Production & quality
Where are books printed?+
At commercial printing facilities — the same presses that print bestsellers you'd find in a bookstore. We work with regional partners worldwide and route each order to the facility nearest you.
What paper stocks do you offer?+
Interior pages are printed on 22 lb white uncoated paper (for black & white and standard colour) or 28 lb glossy photo paper (for premium colour). Not sure which suits your book? Ask us and we'll recommend the best fit.
What binding options are available?+
Hardcover (case-bound), paperback (perfect bound), and saddle stitch (folded and stapled — great for thin books and zines).
What sizes can you print?+
Popular sizes include 6×9" (US Trade), 5×8" (Mass market), 5.5×8.5" (Digest), 7×10" (Workbook), 8×10" (Photobook), 8.5×11" (US Letter) and 8.5×8.5" (Square), plus A4 and A5. You'll see the full list in the order tool.
Shipping & delivery
How long does printing & shipping take?+
Typically 2–4 weeks end-to-end. See our shipping page for the breakdown by region.
Do you ship internationally?+
Yes — worldwide. Orders are routed to the printing facility nearest your address.
Can you handle rush orders?+
Yes — email us your deadline before ordering so we can confirm timeline and pricing.
How do I track my order?+
Visit our Track Order page with your Order ID. You'll also get email updates at each stage.
Revisions & refunds
How do unlimited revisions work?+
Every order includes unlimited preview rounds at no extra charge. We don't print a single page until you give us the final approval.
Can I get a refund?+
Before printing: full refund, no questions asked. After printing (since print-on-demand can't be resold): refunds are case-by-case — email us and we'll work it out.
What if my book arrives damaged?+
Email us photos within 14 days — we'll reprint and reship at no charge.
