What customers say

The kitchen is the heart of the home.

Made a family cookbook for my mom's 70th birthday. Every aunt cried. The lay-flat binding is perfect — it stays open on the counter.

Beautiful menu prints for our restaurant. Daniel worked with us through three rounds of tweaks until the colours matched our dishes perfectly.

Cookbooks questions

A few specifics for food books.

Can you print recipes from Word or Google Docs?+

Yes — send what you have. Our team will lay it out into a print-ready cookbook format and you'll approve every detail before printing.

What resolution should my food photos be?+

300 DPI at print size is ideal. We can usually work with lower-resolution images for personal projects, but for crisp commercial-quality results, 300 DPI is the standard.

Can I add an index, table of contents, or recipe categories?+

Absolutely. Send us a list of recipes and how you'd like them grouped — we'll handle the typography and pagination.

Is the paper kitchen-safe? Can it survive splatters?+

We recommend a coated paper stock (matte or gloss) for cookbooks. It wipes clean and resists oil staining far better than uncoated paper. Hardcover with a soft-touch finish is the most durable combination.

How long does a 100-page cookbook take?+

Typically 2–3 weeks total: 2–3 days for proof, your revision time, then 7–10 days for full-colour printing and shipping. Rush available if you have a deadline.
