What resolution do my photos need to be?+
300 DPI at the final print size — most modern phones and cameras easily exceed this. Old scans below 200 DPI may look soft. Send what you have and we'll flag anything that won't reproduce well.
Can you do lay-flat binding for double-page spreads?+
Yes — lay-flat is a great option for panoramic photos or two-page art. It costs slightly more than perfect-bound and is worth it if your photos cross the spine.
Matte or gloss paper?+
Matte hides fingerprints and feels more 'art book'; gloss has slightly punchier colour reproduction. Both are heavyweight photo stocks. Order a sample swatch if you'd like to hold both.
Can you design the cover for me?+
We can do typography on a colour or single-image background as part of the standard service. For full custom cover design — multi-image collage, hand-illustrated, debossed type — we'll quote separately.
